Refunds
Once we receive your returned item, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. Our team will inspect it to ensure it meets the return criteria. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed within 7 business days after the inspection is completed. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used during the purchase.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Non Refundable Items
We regret to inform you that certain items are non-returnable. These include:

Customized or Bespoke Orders: As our shoes are meticulously handcrafted according to your unique specifications, we cannot accept returns on customized or bespoke orders. We encourage you to double-check and confirm all details before placing your order. There can be a delay because of the unavailability of items (Buckles, Leather, Soles) or unforeseen reason (Electricity blackout, Rain, Natural Disasters).
Worn or Used Items: For hygiene and quality reasons, we cannot accept returns on shoes that have been worn or used. - Gift Cards: Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash. If you have received a defective product or have any concerns about your purchase made with a gift card, please contact our customer service for assistance.

Sale items: Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
Returns:
We accept returns within 14 days from the date of delivery.
The item must be in its original condition, unworn, and with all accompanying tags and packaging intact.
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at returns@thejsofficial.com with your order number and reason for return. We will guide you through the process.
Exchanges:
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. f you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at exchange@thejsofficial.com and send your item to address given during the process. If you wish to exchange your purchase for a different size or style, please contact our customer service team within 14 days of delivery.
Exchanges are subject to product availability.

Made-to-Order and Customized Items:
Made-to-order and customized items are crafted specifically for you and, therefore, cannot be returned unless they are faulty or do not meet the specifications agreed upon.
Faulty or Defective Items:
In the rare event that you receive a faulty or defective item, please contact us immediately at exchange@thejsofficial.com.
We will arrange for the return shipping, and upon inspection, we will offer a replacement or a full refund, including return shipping costs.
Shipping Costs:
The customer is responsible for all shipping costs associated with returns unless the item is faulty or defective.
Cancellation of Orders:
For cancellations, please notify us within 24 hours of placing your order. Cancellations after this period may not be possible, especially for made-to-order and customized items.

GIFTS
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.
SHIPPING RETURNS
To return your product, you should mail your product to: The J’s Kashmir Road, Bahawalnagar.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
